Rogue Wave is a public seating system that promotes interaction among its users. The seating system is informally separated into two units that converge, creating the backrest/headrest at its center. The inspiration was derived from the interaction between two opposing wave systems of water converging. The coming together of both spaces resembles the interaction experienced by the people occupying it. The spline curve of the seating area is designed to influence interaction by positioning the users to a more social level. The open partition divides the system, which creates a balance distribution of seating space on both sides of the system.

Excellent seating idea for open areas like hotel lobbies or other large open areas like goverment building complex's. Could also be very interesting with added lighting effects. Great overall idea.
