With the use of just two 1/2" lg hi mac boards (30" x 120"), I created a table, four chairs and a lamp; ultimately stenciling out and utililng 100% of the board material. No left over pieces. The luxurious design also suits from high-end dinning to disaster relief. Its ease of assemblage is ideal for installation with just a rubber mallet.

Love the idea of using one sheet to create these, and the shipping consideration. Would have loved to see some assembly diagrams explaining how they fit into one sheet, or how they are put together (especially since these are the two big selling points of your design!!!) My main concerns with the design are the back angle of the chairs and the apparent sharpness of the edges of each piece. The angle seems to be 15 -20 degrees which is much better for lounging situations than the eating/working situation you have pictured. The sharpness of the edges would be uncomfortable for your users and could potentially lead to safety issues.

This is a common problem with furniture based on the concept of using entire sheets of a given material. While the idea of reducing scrap is appealing, the aesthetics almost always suffer. In this case, it seems that there actually was scrap material, which found it's way into the highly questionable lamp design. There was no apparent consideration for how the parts are actually assembled and fastened in any of the pieces. The geometry of the chairs seems to have no consideration for human factors. The table surface is very small for four place seating, and would be more appropriate as a side table. Overall, it is an interesting start, but it just seems like very little effort went into refining this idea.
