A hollywood welcome to any city. We always walk through these downtown cities and see the lack of great aesthetics throughout the district. Why not be bold and treat this rich urban setting with a splash of life. The dynamism in LG's surface materials is that they can be applied in a variety of peojects, i chose one at a larger scale. A continuous ribbon of fiery red that mprophs itself from a bulletin board, to seating, to a table and even down below grade with water elements. Why not have this elegant balance of rough urban terrain with flamboyant urban seating. This balance is indicative of the city life that we want to reach, one that is endless... a red carpet to our future. This project represents a true beginning, it is our portal into what the city has to bring, what future it beholds and a material scale. It is my Urban Red Carpet.

Great job! I like the welcoming idea of the red carpet... It is very Hollywood and glamourous. You are making ACT proud, man. Keep up the good work!

This is a very intriguing project. Bold and serene at the same time. It is definitely inviting and would attract loitering, which is something that we see too little of in bigger cities. The perfect space to lounge and hang out with the city and friends

This is very alluring! I love the form- it is exciting and I think it would draw people in, and is obviously robust in terms of function. On a side note, something about it reminds me of Christof&Jean Claudes "Running Fence"- the form of it has a certain peacefulness and flow about it! Great job
